Payment orchestration platform
Paysecure's product for merchants: one integration for smart routing, a dynamic cashier, tokenisation and real-time reporting.
Inside the product
A ₹2,499 card payment travels through a router to the acquirer with the best approval rate. Take one acquirer offline and the router fails over.
A mock merchant dashboard with brand swatches and a color picker. One input color re-themes the sidebar, chart and buttons.
A checkout card switches between eight languages, including Arabic right to left, while a log shows batched requests, the IndexedDB tier and memory cache hits.
Eight example brands share one checkout. Pick one and ship it through lint, tests, visual tests, a Docker build, an Nginx deploy and a Grafana health check.
An example pull request: six GitHub Actions jobs run, a Claude code review requests two changes, a fix re-runs the review, then a code-owner approval unlocks the merge.

The problem
Merchants selling across many markets juggle dozens of PSPs, acquirers, currencies and checkout flows. Paysecure replaces that with one integration and one dashboard: AI-powered smart routing to lift approval rates, a dynamic cashier merchants can restyle and configure themselves, PCI-compliant tokenisation, real-time reporting, and white-label versions sold under a partner's own brand.
What I did
- Built the merchant-facing product as a Senior Frontend Engineer, owned the architecture, and ran the final review gate for UX and code quality.
- Moved 70+ merchant-facing modules onto a new React 19 and TypeScript app with near-zero production defects. Complex pages went from ~15 days to ~3.
- Co-built the 40+ component accessible design system. Its runtime theming launches a new white-label brand from a single color.
- Built runtime translation so the whole merchant UI works in 190+ languages with no translation files.
- Automated releases: 18 build modes ship 8+ brands from one codebase, with visual regression tests and Grafana monitoring.
