About Paysecure
Founded in 2022, Paysecure is a payment orchestration platform for merchants in regulated, high-risk markets. One integration gives a merchant AI-powered smart routing across global PSPs and acquirers, a customisable dynamic cashier, PCI-compliant tokenisation, real-time reporting and white-label versions under their own brand. PCI DSS Level 1 certified, and winner of Best Payments Industry Newcomer 2026.

The product
A ₹2,499 card payment travels through a router to the acquirer with the best approval rate. Take one acquirer offline and the router fails over.
What I did
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, I built the product's frontend for a payment orchestration platform serving 50+ merchants. I owned architecture and the final review gate for UX, code quality and best practices before anything reached production, and was one of the top code contributors.
An example pull request: six GitHub Actions jobs run, a Claude code review requests two changes, a fix re-runs the review, then a code-owner approval unlocks the merge.
Drove the migration of 70+ merchant modules from a Thymeleaf monolith to a React 19 + TypeScript SPA with near-zero production defects. Complex pages went from ~15 days to ~3, on a contract-first OpenAPI to TypeScript and io-ts codegen layer across 56 specs (~84K LOC).
Co-built a 40+ component accessible design system (ARIA, keyboard navigation, Storybook) with runtime theming that launches a new white-label brand from a single color in minutes.
A mock merchant dashboard with brand swatches and a color picker. One input color re-themes the sidebar, chart and buttons.
Engineered a runtime i18n engine that localizes the whole UI into 190+ languages via Google Cloud Translation, with request batching and two-tier caching. A new market needs no translation files or per-language releases.
A checkout card switches between eight languages, including Arabic right to left, while a log shows batched requests, the IndexedDB tier and memory cache hits.
Automated CI/CD and monitoring: semantic-versioned design-system releases with Chromatic visual tests, plus 18 env-driven build modes on Docker and Nginx that ship 8+ brands from one codebase, watched in Grafana.
Eight example brands share one checkout. Pick one and ship it through lint, tests, visual tests, a Docker build, an Nginx deploy and a Grafana health check.
