What I did
Built the Lender Self-Serve platform from scratch: one hub where lenders onboard to every Yubi lending product, configure and sandbox-test integrations, and manage workflows. A core part of Yubi's BankingOS.
Five self-serve steps (KYC, products, integration keys, sandbox test, go live) add up to about 30 minutes, against 4–5 days of emails and calls before.
Onboarded 180+ lenders including Tata Capital, ICICI Bank and SBI, pairing technical execution with stakeholder communication. Onboarding went from 4–5 days to ~30–40 minutes.

Implemented RBAC for internal teams and lenders, so every capability on the platform is gated by role.
Five roles, from platform admin to viewer, and the six actions each one can or cannot take. Maker and checker roles keep a lender from approving its own changes.
Automated SFTP configuration through a self-serve dashboard, taking setup from 2–3 days to ~5 minutes.
An SFTP form with host, port, user, folder, key and schedule. Testing resolves the host, connects, authenticates, writes a test file and schedules the sync.
Contributed to the Originator Self-Serve onboarding platform (proof of concept) before the initiative paused.
